Man, our minds. They can work themselves into this ridiculous sort of insane frenzy, over-analyze and paralyze us with SO many unjustified fears.

I am almost embarrassed at how complicated I made this return to my blog. All of these swirling thoughts in my mind for (an-overly-long-length-of-time-we-wont-publicly-admit), an almost maddening abundance of ideas - and the stress of knowing it needed done, weighing on me. The last few years have been riddled with grief, health + relationship challenges and the effects of those combined.

….. This however, isn’t that story.

This is the story of starting over. Beginning again.

(and it’s ridiculously simple once we get out of our own way)

it is the art of becoming, myself.

…again.

There are at least a billion platitudes out there, but its simple really..

start, SOMEWHERE.

anywhere.

So, let’s stop procrastinating, stop over-analyzing, stop over-thinking, stop waiting for perfection and stop letting fear dictate our decisions…

and just…

do.
